Things are not always as they seem. From different angles we see different things. Sometimes it looks like we will get shot but really we wont be, and likewise, sometimes it looks like we wont be shot but we really will be.

Signs can be misleading sometimes. We need to pay attention to the signs, but also take into acount that people make mistakes. If it seems to not quite make sense, then lets think. Could this just be a tiny mistake somebody made?

We need to make sure our children watch the right television programs. Sometimes our children wish to imitate what they view on TV. This could be very dangerous. Not only to the child's health, but to our pride. No one wants to admit that this is their child standing over the fountain.

Sometimes we go to drastic measures to get rid of a problem. The thing we use to get rid of something could be worse than the thing we want to be rid of. We need to think things though all the way. This guy didn't want to be caught by ninjas. But fire could or could not be considered worse than the ninjas. I guess it just depends on your view point. But we need to all hope he was prepared for the consequences of either choice.

I think we all feel like this sometimes. We fall because we were on the other side of the sign and didn't get to see what it says. Had we been walking in the other direction, we would have seen that we need to be careful and watch for the ice that is just ahead.

There are things in this world that just don't make sense. They don't make sense, and they should not have someone try to explain them. It is just impossible. This picture for instance, doesn't make sense. But I think there were many people who would agree that it should not be explained. Explaining it would ruin the effect it has.

I think we all feel this way sometimes. Like we just don't quite fit in with the rest of our family, so we just think we're adopted. We sometimes half expect that at our birthday party, a cat is going to pop out with a sign that officially ascertains that we are in fact adopted.
